JAMMU, Jan 3: The Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate celebrated the remarkable achievements of Cadet Arushi Rajput and Cadet Krish Singh Chauhan at the 67th National Shooting Competition held in Bhopal. These talented cadets were among the top 45 candidates selected from all 17 NCC Directorates nationwide, marking a significant achievement for the region.
Cadet Krish Singh Chauhan has earned the prestigious title of National Shooter following his impressive performance at the Nationals, establishing himself as a rising star in shooting. Meanwhile, Cadet Arushi Rajput has qualified for the India trials for International Shooting events, a significant step toward potentially representing India on the global stage.
Major General Anupinder Bevli, Additional Director General (ADG) of the NCC Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Directorate, felicitated the cadets for their exceptional achievements. He praised their dedication and emphasized the role of the NCC in providing young cadets with valuable exposure to sports, helping them nurture their potential and achieve their goals.
