JAMMU, Dec 5: Cambridge International School celebrated its much-awaited Annual Day, Magnum Opus 4.0, showcasing the talents and achievements of its students.
Sham Lal Sharma (MLA, Jammu North & Vice President BJP JKUT) was the chief guest on the occasion, while Thakur Sher Singh, Additional District Development Commissioner, was the guest of honour. Dil Bahadur Singh Jamwal, a social activist, was the special guest.
The program commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp. Chairman, Er. Vidhi S. Singh Jamwal, and Vice Chairman, Shiv Dev Singh Jamwal, graced the occasion with their presence. Managing Director, Er. Renu Bangroo, delivered the Welcome Address, expressing gratitude to all attendees and highlighting the school’s commitment to fostering academic excellence and cultural values.
The event featured mesmerizing performances, including a beautiful choir presentation, a solo performance, and an enchanting Durga Stuti. Yoga demonstrations and dances by students from Nursery to Grade II added charm to the cultural section.
A standout was the Lion King act, transporting the audience to the savanna. The emotional Mother-Son and Father-Daughter dance performances, along with the captivating Vikramaditya Play, added a dramatic touch to the evening. Principal Pooja Chib presented the school report, highlighting the institution’s achievements in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities.
Prize distribution and a felicitation ceremony honoured students, teachers, and choreographers for their exceptional contributions.
