JAMMU, Mar 30: Career Abacus, a leading Abacus Teaching Institute, organized the Award Ceremony of the Speedy Math Competition at the auditorium of Govt. Polytechnic College, Jammu.
Director of Career Abacus, Arvind Sharma, informed parents that participating in such competitions helps increase children’s interest and confidence in mathematics. The event was graced by Mandeep Kour, Commissioner Secretary H&UDD, as the chief guest and Slahuddin Ahmed, Secretary DLSA, as the guest of honour. Both were welcomed with bouquets by Sharma and other franchisees. The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp.
The competition, consisting of 40 questions with a 3-minute time limit, saw participation from students across various centers of Career Abacus. Remarkably, around 40% of participants scored full marks in the competition.
The results were Champion of Champions: Aaryaveer, Ahrar, Anaisha, Ananya, Arihaan, Ayaana, Darsh Singh, Dhruvin, Dishita, Divyansh, Dravin, Goonj, Mehaan, Pragani, Raghav, Reyansh, Samridhi, Shreeya, Shriyan, Suhaan, and Veronica. Champions: Aadvik, Advaita, Ananya Bangotra, Himani, Hitarth, Manseerat, Ridham, Saisha, Snehal, Simrat, Taapsee, Vani, and Yashica. 1st Prize winners: Akalsirjan, Ali Hasnain, Ayaansh, Bhumanyu, Chitrakshi, Dheeraj, Haraksh, Manvik, Navisha, Nirvaan, Ravtegh, Rushank, Suhani, and Zeeshan. 2nd Prize: Abhiyaan, Adamaya, Adwita, Amira, Atharv, Jhanvi, Mankiran, Nandita, and Sambhav. 3rd Prize: Chaitanya, Inaaya, Mitul, Nabila, Rishika and Sachchit.
