BASTI, Nov 9:
Uttar Pradesh Congress unit president Ajay Kumar Lallu on Monday said by making false promises to the farmers, youngsters, the Centre and the State Government, are both misleading the citizens of the country.
Talking to journalists here, Mr Lallu said that the Congress will hit the streets to protest against this. The Government should make public the matter of giving 23 lakh jobs in the coronavirus period so that the truth can be known, especially to the youth of the state who are troubled by high rates of unemployment.
The Congress leader said that if their party’s Government is formed after the 2022 Assembly elections, a path will be carved for pending jobs and there will be all-round development of the state.
The Government is not paying attention to Bhadohi’s carpet industry which is on the verge of collapse, he alleged.
The law and order situation in the entire state has derailed completely. The Congress will hit the streets to protest against the same, the Congress leader claimed. (UNI)
