Challan presented against cheat Advocate

JAMMU, Mar 22: Crime Branch Jammu has produced challan against three persons, including two dead for hatching criminal conspiracy, indulging in preparation of fake documents and getting registered fake firm under the name and style Sagar Enterprises, BSF Paloura Jammu.
A case under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B RPC was registered against the accused, identified as Advocate Ramesh Mohan Zutshi, son of Mohan Lal Zutshi of Sainik Colony Jammu, Mahesh Dhar of Gandhi Nagar (dead) and Girdhari Lal of Rajpura Mangotrian (dead).
As per the case history, one Sheela Bhat had challenged the order of Deputy Commissioner Sales Tax Recovery Jammu whereby the petitioner was asked to deposit Rs 5,67000 as arrears towards Sales Tax. The petitioner had claimed that she was a house wife and had not formed or got registered ant form by the name Sagar Enterprises, BSF Paloura.
During the course of investigation, the case was established against the accused who had prepared fake documents for getting the firm registered.
The challan was produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Jammu.
