Challenger Club registers 146 runs win over PMSA

JAMMU, May 27: Challenger Cricket Club registered a huge win of 146 runs over PMSA and registered berth in the next round of the ongoing T-20 Open Cricket Tournament, being organized by Parade Sports Association at Parade ground, here today.
Batting first, Challenger scored 180 for 4 in 20 overs. Aditya Pratap Singh scored 63 runs with the help of 8 boundaries and one six. Sahil Gupta scored 43 runs, while Ranjeet chipped in 31 runs and remained not out.
Kanav, Shubneet, Mohit and Jatin of PMSA scalped one wicket apience.
In the second inning, PMSA collapsed in 10.1 overs and scored only 34 runs.
Irshant of Challenger Club was the pick of the bowler with 3 wickets, while Sumeet and Kaka claimed 2 wickets each. Rohit also pocketed 1 wicket.
Aditya Pratap Singh of Challenger Club was declared as man of the match.
The match was officiated by JD Singh and Amit Sharma as umpires, while Ajay Sharma maintained the scorecard. Dr Karan Nayyar was the official Physiotherapist.
In tomorrow’s fixture Rainwari Cricket Club, Srinagar will lock horns with Centurian Cricket Club, Jammu.
