Challenger Club registers 38 runs victory over BRSCC

JAMMU, Nov 21: Challenger Cricket Club, Jammu registered 38 runs victory over Brigadier Rajinder Singh Cricket Club (BRSCC) Samba and sailed into next round of the ongoing Anti Drug Cricket Tournament at Red Rose Cricket stadium, Arnia here today.
Batting first after winning the toss, Challenger Cricket Club scored 154 runs. Ashu was the top scorer with 38 Runs including four boundaries, while Parveen made 23 runs with the help of one lofty six.
Sumit of BRSCC was the wrecker-in-chief who scalped 3 wickets.
In reply, BRSCC failed to chase the target and bundled out at 116 runs for all out. Sahil scored 31 runs, while Saleem made 12 runs.
For Challenger Cricket Club side, Anku and Kaka scalped 2 wickets each.
Ashu of Challenger Cricket Club was declared as man of the match.
On the occasion, Tehsildar Bishnah, Shalo Ram was the chief guest.
In next fixture, Akhnoor Cricket Club will clash with Nandpur Cricket Club on November 23.
