SAMBA, Sept 2: Chandan Football Club triumphed over Hiranagar Football Club by 6-5 in a thrilling second match of the Thalora Premier League at Thalora Mandi Sports Ground, Samba. The teams were tied 2-2 at halftime. Hiranagar took the lead in the second half, but Chandan equalized in the final minute, forcing a penalty shootout. Chandan won by 3-2 on penalties, securing their spot in the tournament. Ex-Sarpanch Ravinder Singh Lavlu, the chief guest, praised the youth for organizing such events and encouraged continued support.
