JAMMU, May 10: An Alumni Meet was organised at the Chenab College of Education (CCE) here today.
Kunal Chib, Secretary, CCE was the Chief Guest on this occasion.
The event started with the lighting of the lamp by the Chief Guest.
Kamaldeep Kour, Vice- Principal of the College, extended warm welcome to all present there.
The centre of attraction on the occasion was the colorful cultural program presented by the students which began with the recitation of Saraswati Vandana. The thrilling performance of Bangra and Gidha filled the atmosphere with enthusiasm. The sequence of activities further included Dogri Folk song and dance presented by students of B.Ed. Sem.1st. Students also presented solo songs. Fusion dance and Ramp walk added more colour to this event.
The alumni shared their motivational and inspiring success stories and experiences with the students of current sessions.
Certificates of appreciation and memento were presented to the participants and deserving candidates.
The vote of thanks was presented by Poonam Bhalwal, Senior Lecturer.
