JAMMU, Dec 18: Subash Chander Chhibber, Additional Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department, has been transferred and posted as Director Estates, J&K, with immediate effect.
He was already holding the additional charge of Director Estates while posted in GAD. Now he has been posted as Director Estates on full time basis.
An order in this regard was issued today by the General Administration Department.
