City Boys Cricket Club enter semi’s of JPL-2

JAMMU, Mar 27: City Boys CC  defeated their rivals convincingly to enter the Semi final of the ongoing Jammu Premier League (JPL)-2 at GGM Science College Hostel Ground, here. The Tournament is being organized by Karwan-e-Hussaini social welfare Society.
In the Quarter final match played of Pool-B, City Boys Club defeated Sectreait Green Cricket Club by 4 wickets. Batting first, Sectreat Green Cricket Club scored a  total of 146 runs. in reply City Boys chased the target in 19th Over .Nikhil Sharma played crucial innings with top scored 31 runs .Rajesh was the pick of the bowlers for Citys Boys  Cricket Club, who took 2 important wickets. Zubir for his superb knock 22 of 9  balls was adjuged as special batsman. Rajesh for taking 2 wickets and scoring 25 runs was declared as man of the match for his superb Al-round display.while Best fielder was adjudged to Jacky.
The match was officiated by Madan Verma and Sanju as umpires, while Sonu Sharma was the scorer.
