JAMMU, Oct 10: On the directions of the Supreme Court, Chief Justice of State High Court Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar today constituted a three Judges bench to look into two different petitions on the beef row.
The three Judges bench comprising Justice Muzaffar Hussain Attar, Justice Ali Mohammad Magrey and Justice Tashi Rabstan would hear both the petitions titled Parimoksh Seth Versus State and Others and Prof S M Afzal Qadri Versus State & Others on October 16, 2015 at Srinagar Wing of the State High Court.
