UDHAMPUR, Aug 7: A minor girl of class 9th was allegedly kidnapped by a youth from villages Dubi Gali Pancheri.
Family members of the victim have lodged a complaint with Police Station Pancheri alleging that Ruble Singh of Basnot Pancheri kidnapped their daughter, who had gone for purchasing ration in the Wednesday evening but did not return home since then.
Police has registered a case under the Sections 363 and 109 in this connection while Police has arrested some friends of the accused for questioning.
