Clerical cadre seeks removal of pay anomalies

JAMMU, May 17:   The Jammu, Kashmir & Ladakh All Department s Clerical Staff Association has urged upon the State Government to remove the pay anomalies of the clerical cadre.
In a meeting of the Association held here under the chairmanship of  Babu Hussain Malik, state president, the members, criticized the State Government for causing delay in implementation of the  previous Pay Anomaly Committee report.
They said that now new Pay Anomaly Committee has been framed by the Government and its report should come out in time bound manner. They urged upon the Chief Minister and Chief Secretary to intervene into the matter and directed concerned members to submit report within 15 days. They also claimed that this  Association has nothing to do with the proposed  pen down strike of the other faction of the body on May 19.
B B Sharma-general secretary, K A Dewani, Javed Akhoon, Meenakshi Sharma, Nazir Ahmed Bhat, B B Kotwal, Yash Pal Sharma and others were also present.
