NPP leader further pointed out that January 26 is being celebrated as Republic Day through out the country but the people of J&K have been kept deprived of the fruits of democracy and Constitution of India right since the birth of the Republic in 1950. He said delimitation was held in the whole country except in J&K which speaks volumes of authoritarianism in the State and both NC and Congress are responsible for imposing dynasty rule on its people.
He claimed that the Panthers Party is not an alternative in J&K but national compulsion in J&K as this is the only secular-democratic party in the State representing aspirations of the people from all the three regions. He claimed that reorganization of the State is the only way out to resolve the political conflict in the State. The party will continue its struggle against corruption, mal-governance and communalism, he added.
