JAMMU, Nov 9: Inter-Collegiate Boxing (Men) Championship organized by the Directorate of Sports and Physical Education, University of Jammu concluded at Police Stadium Gulshan Ground, here today.
Ten different affiliated colleges of the Jammu University participated in the event.
Prof. Avtar Singh Jasrotia, Director, Directorate of Sports and Physical Education awarded trophy to the winning team of SPMR College of Commerce, Jammu.
Earlier, in 46-49 kg, Ajay Singh, GGM Science College won Gold, Amit Sharma, GDC Rajouri bagged Silver, while Vijay Kumar, P.G. Department and Maqsood, Govt. MAM College shared Bronze
In 49-52 kg, Sanjeev Sharma, PG Department bagged Gold, Rajul Sharma, GDC Bishnah won Silver, while Naresh Kumar, Govt. MAM College and Y Prabhkar, Commerce College shared Bronze.
