KATHUA, May 23: There was a complete mismanagement in conducting matches during the inaugural day of the 3-day Under-14 Cricket Tournament at Sports Stadium Kathua today. The organizers, District Youth Services and Sports Office Kathua hardly bothered to serve water to the participating players and officials to help them quench their thirst, besides keeping the players waiting in the wings for their matches.
“There is no harm in calling the days activity an eyewash,” said one of the officials accompanying his district team.
