JAMMU, Dec 25: President of the State unit of All India Confederation of SC/ ST/OBC organizations, RK Kalsotra, condemned the Government’s order to promote 18 AEEs to XENs in the PHE and I&FC Department.
Further expressing anguish over the blatant violations with the Reservation Act and Rules made there under, Kalsotra added that such moves by the Government are not people friendly and the same will lead to more volume of litigation as well as protests.
Government will have to answer such illegal and arbitrary moves which deny the rightful entitlements under statutory provisions for the socially and educationally backward classes of the State, he added.
