JAMMU, Dec 26: The migrant Congress workers of Shangus block held a function today to celebrate the victory of the Party candidate from the Shangus Assembly Segment in South Kashmir district of Anantnag, Gulzar Ahmed Wani.
The activists took out a rally under the leadership of M L Koul president of the Migrant Cell Congress Shangus Block and said that by winning the Shangus and other three seats in Valley, the Congress has increased its tally in Kashmir.
