JAMMU, Oct 14: Congregation of Kanathia Biradri is going to be held at Satoora village in Hiranagar on October 16.
Elaborate arrangements in this regard have been made and according to chairman of the organizing committee, Balbir Kumar Kanathia, the religious function will begin with Datti Puja at 10 a.m, which will be followed by a grand Langar from 12 noon onwards.
Annual congregation of Rotra Biradri (Verma Khatri)) is also going to be held on October 16 at the Kuldevi Mandir Samba, Badvani Talab.
The Puja Hawan for Kuldevi will be performed upto 10 a.m and it will be followed by a Bhandara. All the Rotra Biradri members have been appealed to participate along with their families, in the religious function and seek blessings of Kul Devi Datti Shela Deviji, said Chaman Lal Rotra, president of the Biradri.
