SRINAGAR, Nov 1: The 3rd Additional District Judge Srinagar has vide his order dated October 28, 2014, passed in the case entitled Sami Naqash & Others Versus J&K Cricket Association stayed operation of communication/ notice dated October 11, 2014 numbering JKCA/JS/JW/751 issued by Joint Secretary Jammu seeking convening of an Extra-Ordinary General Council meeting on November 2, 2014.
In this contest, the General Secretary of JKCA has informed its affiliated units that no such meeting of Extra-Ordinary General Council of JKCA can be held on November 2, 2014.
