JAMMU, Mar 13: Country Cricket Academy got the better off Sukhdev Cricket Academy (SCA) Jr by a margin of 37 runs in the one off Multi-Day Ramadan Cup match at Country Cricket Academy ground Gharota, here today.
Country Cricket Academy bundled out for 79 runs in the first innings and scored a good total of 282 runs in the second essay, while SCA Juniors scored a decent total of 241 runs in the first innings and collapsed at 83 runs in their second essay to lose the match by 37 runs.
Raja Nadeem top scored with 95 runs for Country CA and Sarthak Khoda contributed 64 runs, while Vinay Partap Singh scored 47 runs for SCA Juniors. Harjinder Singh of SCA Juniors took 6 wickets in the match and Sharon bagged 3 wickets, while Agastya Sharma took 5 wickets in the match for Country Cricket Academy, Vivek Sharma and Sarthak Khoda claimed 4 wickets each.
For taking 4 catches and 5 wickets, Agastya Sharma was adjudged as man of the match, while Raja Nadeem and Harjinder Singh were declared as best batter and best bowler respectively.
