JAMMU, June 4: Presiding Officer of Fast Track Court Kishore Kumar today rejected the bail application of Mamta Kumari, a Special Police Officer, who was allegedly involved in much publicized Khour rape case in which the then SHO of Police Station is also allegedly involved.
“The prosecutrix has categorically supported the role of the accused/petitioner in forcibly sending the victim to the then SHO Khour  for committing  rape upon her knowingly that the victim is not interested in such activities”, the court said, adding “the petitioner has threatened the prosecutrix of not disclosing the act of rape to anybody. In this way she played a vital role in the commission of offence of rape by the then SHO Khour”.
“Since the investigation is at the initial stage and petitioner stands arrested for a very heinous offences she doesn’t deserve bail at this stage”, the court said while rejecting the bail application.
