Court frames charges in Jagti migrant murder case

JAMMU, June 8: Principal Sessions Judge Jammu, R S Jain today framed charges against accused persons in the Jagti migrant murder case.
After hearing both the sides, Principal Sessions Judge observed, “the material placed before the court discloses grave suspicion against the accused which has not been properly explained and hence prima facie case under Section 302 RPC is made out against the accused Sunit Singh, Naresh Sharma and Govrav Partap Singh”, adding “the allegation against accused Chankar Singh and Uttam Singh is that after the commission of offence, they harbored accused Sunit Singh, Naresh Sharma and Gaurav Singh and helped them to run away to Sujanpur, Punjab and prima facie offence under Section 212 RPC is made out against them”.
