JAMMU, Aug 2: In the much publicized abortion case in JK Medicity, Munsiff Jammu Sushil Singh today granted three days interim bail to Dr Amarjeet Singh and Roma Devi, Multi-Purpose Health Worker.
Dr Amarjeet Singh and Multi-Purpose Health Worker Roma Devi were booked by Channi Himmat Police for their negligence, which led to the abortion of pregnant lady in the JK Medicity Hospital at Narwal.
