JAMMU, Jan 22: 2nd Additional Sessions Judge Jammu, MK Sharma today rejected the bail application of Labha Ram, who is facing trial in murder of Ajit Singh Dogra, Deputy Advocate General.
After hearing both the sides, court observed, “the trial is in progress. At this stage, it is difficult to comment that there are no reasonable grounds for believing that the petitioner/ accused has not committed the offences of which the accused is charged”.
With these observations, court rejected the bail application.
