JAMMU, May 20: Special Judge Anticorruption Jammu Puneet Gupta today rejected the bail application of Sub-Inspector Rahul Dogra, who was caught red-handed by the Vigilance Organization while accepting Rs 20,000 bribe from one Tanveer Ahmed.
After hearing Senior Advocate Sunil Sethi for the SI whereas CPO Harminder Singh for the VOJ, Special Judge Anticorruption observed, “this court has no jurisdiction to entertain the application in hand as such the same is dismissed for want of jurisdiction to deal with the same”.
In the meanwhile, Addition Sessions Judge Anticorruption Doda Kikar Singh Parihar granted 10 days police remand of Rahul Dogra.
