JAMMU, Apr 9: With objective to promote voter awareness and participation, a cricket match was held in Green Field Ground Jammu here today.
The event was organised by a team of District Election Officer Jammu under SVEEP campaign. Deputy Commissioner Jammu Sachin Kumar Vaishya while speaking to media said the motive behind organising the event is to inform voters about participation in the elections process. During the occasion apart from a cricket match, different other games were also part of the campaign in which both male and female officials participated.
