Crime Patrol Group adopts Primary School Kapai

JAMMU, June 1: In order to uplift the education of the children of rural areas, Crime Patrol Group of District Samba established jointly by District Police Samba along with the members of media for mitigating the sufferings of general public, today adopted a Primary School Kapai at Nud Samba.
On the occasion, Joginder Singh, SSP Samba was chief guest who along with  Feisal Qureshi, Additional SP Samba,  Varinder Singh, Dy. SP HQ Samba,  Mangal Dev, CEO Samba, Inspector Sanjeev Chib, SHO P/S Samba all active members of Crime Patrol Group distributed study material including school bags, pen & pencil, umbrellas, water bottles, school shoes, juice, Amul milk, lunch box to the students of the school. This group also took the responsibility of the maintenance of the school building like white washing, fencing, providing of ceiling fans, renovation of bathrooms etc.
The Sarpanch/Panches including locals of the area were also present and they appreciated this gesture of the group called as Crime Patrol Samba. During the function, SSP Samba advised the students to work hard in their studies as well as also participated in the sports activities so that they can compete with other students of urban area.
Pertinent to mention here that the District Police Samba in collaboration with Crime Patrol Samba few days back took the initiative and got repaired and black -topped the NHW near Sabzi Mandi Samba where deep pits were developed resulting into fatal road accidents.
Moreover, the said group is also active in cleanliness drives in hospitals as well as other public places, drives against drug abuse etc. and accordingly their works are being applauded by the general public in large.
