JAMMU, Oct 9: A criminal has been arrested along with pistol, live cartridge and one sharp edged weapon from Kirpind area, falling under the jurisdiction of Miran Sahib Police Station.
As per police sources, on specific information, a police team led by SDPO RS Pura Surinder Choudhary under the supervision of SP Headquarters Jammu RC Kotwal intercepted a pedestrian, who was trying to hide himself from the cops.
During checking, police recovered one country made pistol, one live cartridge and one sharp edged weapon.
The accused has been identified as FIR Number 140/17 under Section 3/25 and 4/25 Arms Act has been registered in Police Station Miran Sahib and investigation started.
