NEW DELHI, Dec 12: The international crude oil price of Indian basket increased to 107.75 dollars/per barrel (bbl) on December 11, an official statement said today.
This was slightly higher than the price of 107.65 dollars/bbl which prevailed on the previous trading day of December 10, Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas said.
In rupee terms also, the crude oil price went up marginally to Rs 6,608.31 per bbl on December 11 as compared to Rs 6,589.26 /bbl on December 10, it said.
This was due to increase in price in dollar terms with weaker adding to the rise.
Rupee-dollar exchange rate slightly worsened on December 11 3 was Rs 61.33/dollar against Rs 61.21/dollar on previous trading day of December 10, it added. (AGENCIES)
