CS reviews arrangements for Board examinations

JAMMU, Nov 11: Chief Secretary, B R Sharma, today held a video conference with the officers of the divisional administration Kashmir and Education Department to take stock of the arrangements made for the smooth conduct of 10th and 12th Class Examinations scheduled to begin from November  14 in the Kashmir valley.
Principal Secretary, Home, Director General of Police, Special DG Coordination and Law and Order, Commissioner/ Secretary School Education, Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, IGP Kashmir Zone, Chairman, J&K State Board of School Education, All Deputy Commissioners of Kashmir Division, District SPs and Director School Education, Kashmir participated in the video-conference.
During the conference, Special DG Coordination and Law & Order, Commissioner/ Secretary School Education, Divisional Commissioner, Kas-hmir, IGP Kashmir Zone, Chairman Board of School Education and respective DCs/ SPs gave a detailed account of the arrangements made for the smooth conduct of the examination.
Chief Secretary directed all the participants to take all precautionary measures and put in their best efforts for smooth conduct of the examination.
DGP stressed that the action plan prepared in this regard be implemented in letter and spirit for ensuring free and fair examination.
