JAMMU, Oct 9: Cueists continued to vie in the league matches on the fourth day of the ongoing 1st J&K State Open Six Red Ball Tournament, being organized by Jammu and Kashmir Billiards and Snooker Association (JKBSA) at Billiards Hall, MA Stadium, here today.
In the first match, Younis Kuchey beat Rudar Gupta 3-0, whereas in the second match, Nikhil Kohli emerged winner by defeating Rahil Atri by 3-0.
Ansh Chopra registered win over Abhinandan Sharma by 3-2 in the third match and in the fourth match, Ishan Singh lost to Shivam by 3-2.
In the fifth game, Adnan Lone beat Akash Gupta by 3-2 and in the sixth game, Varun Sharma crushed Vishal Mahajan by 3-0.
Ishuk Chowdhary smashed Apoorav by 3-1 in the seventh game, whereas Kannav Nayar crushed Umar Sadeeq by 3-2 in the eight match.
In the ninth match, Sabi defeated Rakesh Sharma by 3-1 and in the tenth match, Azan outplayed Sarath by 3-1.
Vipan Malhi got walkover against Asim in the scheduled eleventh match, whereas in the twelfth match, Avish Sharma beat Bishab by 3-0.
In the thirteenth match, Aman Sharma defeated Jaswinder Singh by 3-2 and in the fourteenth match, Maqudar Sawhney registered win over Aqib Farooq by 3-2.
Sachin Sharma crushed Saaid Bashir by 3-0 in the fifteenth match.
The matches were being held under strict supervision of the JKBSA members and played with the rules and regulations of Billiards and Snooker Federation of India (BSFI).
Rakesh Sharma acted as marker of the tournament.
