REASI, Oct 9: Cycling Association of Jammu and Kashmir conducted District Cycling Championship wherein more than 50 cyclists took part.
In under-14 age category, Sobhe Ali stood first, whereas Harshdev Singh and Rohan Singh remained 2nd and 3rd respectively, whereas in sub junior, Sourav Verma clinched first position, whereas Shubam Sharma and Mahir Magotra secured 2nd and 3rd positions respectively and Ishwar Singh, Mohd Asif and Arjun Dogra remained 1st, 2nd and 3rd respectively in junior category.
In the elite category, Ali, Vishal Sharma and Vishal Singh bagged top three positions respectively, whereas in women category, top three positions were clinched by Divya Khajuria, Rashi Sayal and Diya Pondoh.
DDC Chairman Reasi, Sarb Singh was the chief guest, whereas Shubash Chander, District Youth Services and Sports Officer was the guest of honour. The event was organised by S.S Gill, secretary CAJK with the help of office bearers of the Association concerned including Om Parkash and Dr Vikesh Kumar.
