REASI, May 29: To provide a platform to budding dancers of Katra to showcase their dancing talent, Shree Entertainers and Events, Katra, an event management company of the district, is going to organise a dance competition with the name “Dancing Star Katra 2014’ on June 1, 2014 at Spiritual Growth Centre Katra.
While addressing media persons, Director of “Shree Entertainers and Events”, Dharun Kesar informed that the event will be held in three categories including Senior, Junior and Sub Junior.
In senior category first three winners will be awarded with cash prize of Rs 2100, Rs 1500 and Rs 1100 respectively while in junior category first three winner will be awarded with cash prize of Rs 1500, Rs 1100 and Rs 500 respectively, he mentioned.
He further said that the competition will be judged by Shashi Gupta, choreographer of Geetiyan, a Dogri movie.
