JAMMU, Jan 20: In view of the persistent demand from prospective bidders, the last date for receipt of Request for Proposal (RFP) for modernization of land record in the State has been extended upto February 10, 2015 which was earlier scheduled to be January 22.
The revised schedule for submission of complete proposals as well as answers/clarifications to all questions raised so far is available on the official website www.jkfcr.nic.in. It may be recalled that a RFP for outsourcing the activities connected with the modernization of land records in the J&K was invited on December 4, 2014.
After seeking clarifications and reviewing the response to their quarries, many prospective bidders have represented that in view of the intricacies involved they need some more time to tie up with local parties to provide an end-to-end solution. After thorough evaluation, the request was acceded by the Financial Commissioner Revenue, who is also Ex-officio CEO of JaKLaRMa(Jammu and Kashmir Land Records Modernization Agency).
