JAMMU, Mar 30: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Citizens Forum through its President, R K Chadha highlighting abandoning of Shakuntla Chowk-Ambphalla-Janipur flyover, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasanthakumar and Justice Bansi Lal Bhat today granted final opportunity for complying with the directions for undertaking the work of widening of the existing BC Road to 8 lane width.
“In case of further failure, the Commissioner/Secretary will appear in person”, the DB directed.
