JAMMU, May 22: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) highlighting encroachments by the shopkeepers and other unknown persons in the JDA shopping complex near City Chowk, and also in the adjoining areas, Division Bench of the State High Court comprising Justice Rajesh Bindal and Justice Sindhu Sharma today directed the Jammu Development Authority to file the latest status report.
Advocate Ajay Sharma appeared for the PIL whereas Advocate Sachin Gupta for the JMC and Advocate Adarsh Sharma for the JDA.
