JAMMU, June 4: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Advocate Sanjeet Kumar seeking pollution free environment in the State, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Virender Singh and Justice DS Thakur directed Divisional Commissioner Jammu to constitute an Apex Committee for setting-up of Solid Waste Management Projects.
