DB grants 2 weeks time to DRM

JAMMU, Sept 24: In a contempt petition filed by BR Manhas in PIL regarding discrimination with Dogri and Kashmiri languages at Railway Stations, Division Bench of High Court comprising Justice Virender Singh and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today granted two weeks time to Divisional Railway Manager for filing affidavit.
After hearing Advocate BR Manhas appearing for PIL whereas PS Chandel appearing for the Union of India, DB granted two weeks time for filing affidavit apprising court about compliance of earlier order with regard to displaying of boards at all the Railway Stations falling in Jammu & Kashmir.
