JAMMU, Nov 28: In a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) filed by Citizens Forum seeking construction of flyover bridge from Shakuntala Chowk to Janipura, Division Bench of High Court comprising Chief Justice MM Kumar and Justice Hasnain Massodi today issued notice to Chief Secretary and Commissioner Secretary R&B Department with the directions to file the reply before next date of hearing.
Additional Advocate General Seema Shekhar accepted the notice. Advocate Amit Sharma appeared for the petitioner.
