JAMMU, Mar 18: In a Public Interest Litigation filed by SK Bhalla against alleged hushing-up of Chatta-Sunjwan land scam, Division Bench of State High Court comprising Chief Justice N Paul Vasantha Kumar and Justice Dhiraj Singh Thakur today directed AAG Seema Shekhar to file inquiry report of Divisional Commissioner.
