POONCH, Sept 7: Deputy Commissioner Poonch, Nisar Ahmed Wani, today conducted surprise visit to PWD office in Surankote, Primary School Nakka Taredian and the office of Inspector Fisheries in Surankote Sub-Division.
In the office of Inspector Fisheries, the Deputy Commissioner found six of the eight employees, including the Inspector, absent. He ordered withholding of salary of absentees till they explain their position. He instructed the concerned officers in PWD and P/S Nakka Taredian to enforce punctuality in their offices.
Wani took serious note of lack of cleanliness in MDM kitchen and directed the concerned to provide clean and quality Mid Day Meal to the students.
