KATHUA, June 27: District Development Commissioner (DDC) Kathua , Jatinder K Singh distributed prizes among the winners of Graffitti contest at Conference Hall, DC Office, here today.
Winners of the Graffitti competition were announced and certificates were distributed to all the participants.
The first prize was bagged by New Age College of Education & Research, Phinter Billawar, while second prize was clinched by Surya College of Education Kathua and third prize in the competition was bagged by Rajiv Gandhi College of Education Kathua .
Speaking on the occasion, Mr Singh appreciated the talent of the students and said that the whole idea is to provide platform to the students to showcase their skill and inculcate in them the sense of responsibility towards society. DDC also thanked State Bank of India for the cooperation in making the event a success.
This competition was supported by SBI, College Road Branch of Kathua.
On the occasion SBI was represented by C.J Tikoo, Regional Manager RBO III Jammu who was also the Guest of Honour.
ADC Kathua Rahul Sharma, ACR Kathua S.P Rukwal, DDM NABARD Aman Kalsotra, LBO Kathua R. K Kalsotra, Branch Manager SBI S.K Goel & Director R- SETI Mohinder Kumar were present on the occasion.
