UDHAMPUR, Feb 26: Foundation stone ceremony of Kendriya Vidyalaya School Chenani, was held at Chenani which was inaugurated by District Development Commissioner, Udhampur Yasha Mudgal, who is also chairman of KVM Committee .
While speaking on the occasion, DDC exhorted upon the participants to provide quality education to the children for their better future. She said that moral and physical education should be given importance in schools. She appealed the participants to work hard with zeal and enthusiasm and bring good results.
Principal KV School said that laying of foundation stone of school is due to keen interest of DDC. He thanked DDC for providing school building , the estimated cost of the building is Rs 14 crore.
Assistant Commissioner (KV), Joint Director Planning, Principal KV School Chenani, Tehsildar besides senior officers and students were present on the occassion.
