UDHAMPUR, Aug 29: Acting on some complaints, the Chief Education Officer Udhampur has withdrawn the DDO powers of ZEO Pancheri from Principal Higher Secondary School Pancheri and delegated the same to Principal Higher Secondary School Moungri.
The DDO powers of ZEO Pancheri, which were delegated to him in February last, were withdrawn on the demand of field staff of Zone Pancheri. Now, these powers have been delegated to Principal HSS Moungri with effect from August 27 till the post of ZEO Pancheri is filled up by the department.
Meanwhile, people of block Pancheri have appealed the Education authorities to fill up the posts of ZEO Pancheri, Principal HSS Damnote, HSS Damnote, HSS Lander and Head Masters of various schools in the block.
