POONCH, Aug 28: A debate competition was organised at Government Degree College (GDC), Mendhar.
The young voices were loud and audible and generated enough discussion amongst the audience as well.
The event was organised for the Colleges of Poonch District by the Army with active co-operation of the College staff.
Assiya of Muqaddas Degree College was adjudged as the best debater while Wahid of Surankote Degree College was declared the runner up.
The speakers were awarded by the Chief Guest Dr Javed Ahmed Qazi, Principal Government Degree College.
