JAMMU, Sept 21: A debate competition on ‘The role of youth in nation building’ was organised today at Jhallas. The competition was organised by Nangi Tekri Battalion under the aegis of Krishna Ghati Brigade.
Students of various schools including Higher Secondary School, Jhallas, Middle School, Jhallas, Government Higher Secondary School, Ghani, Government Middle School, Kisti and Baba Garib Dass Academy, Salotri, participated in the event.
The participants expressed their views on the subject, which were appreciated by all. Besides, Zila Education Officer, ML Chopra, Principal and teachers of the School, many prominent citizens of neighbouring areas were also present on the occasion.
