JAMMU, May 18: Government Girls High School, Bun Doda today organised a Painting and Debate competition on the topic “Forests for Sustainable Livelihood”, in which students participated enthusiastically.
On the occasion, Chief Education Officer, Doda was the chief guest while various other officers of the education department, faculty member were also present.
In the Debate competition, Rafiq Ahmed of class 9th, Diler Kumar of class 10th and Uzma Bano of class 3rd secured first, second and third positions respectively whereas in the Painting competition, Muzaffar of class 8th, Zakir of class 2nd and Shannu of class 3rd secured the first three rankings respectively.
While speaking, CEO exhorted the teachers to cultivate necessary skills and awareness among the students.
