As per our telephonic conversation, I wanted to discuss the issue of inexplicable delay on the part of JK PSC to declare the preliminary exam result of KAS 2017 afresh, after the earlier result declared by the commission had landed into a controversy. The continious delay and apathy shown by the commission has created insecurity and uncertainity in the minds of aspirants of this prestigious examination. I would request you to highlight the concerns of examinees as well as their parents so that JK PSC takes a call in the right earnest to put an end to the prevailing confusion and uncertainity.
